LEAD PASTOR

Originally from Laurel, Delaware, Josh serves as the Lead Pastor at Hope Church Mayport while also actively serving in the United States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Regent University. He and his wife, Cherylle, have been blessed with three children: Keva, Joshua Jr., and Iyla.

MEN & WOMENS SMALL GROUP LEADERS

Drew and Aggie Heimsoth have been married for a year and a half and have shared life together for the past four years. Since joining our church family a year and a half ago, they have found joy in serving wherever God has called them. Drew leads the men’s small group and serves on the Safety and Welcome Teams, while Aggie leads the women’s small group and serves in Children’s Ministry. Outside of church, Drew serves as a Gunners Mate in the U.S. Navy, and Aggie is a Medical Technologist at Mayo Clinic. Whether they’re spending time together, enjoying their hobbies, or connecting with others, their greatest passion is sharing the love of Christ through genuine relationships. Drew loves encouraging the men around him and pointing them toward God, while Aggie enjoys naturally sharing her faith in everyday conversations. Together, they are grateful to be part of a church family where they can grow in their own faith while helping others do the same.

Safety Team Lead

Originally from Fairhope, Alabama, Cody serves in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology. He and his wife, Caroline, have been married for four years and have been blessed with two children, a daughter and a son. Outside of work and school, Cody enjoys weight training, reading, rollerblading, spending time with his family, and growing in his relationship with Jesus.
